A deciduous fruit tree that produces sweet, orange-fleshed stone fruit in mid to late summer. Most varieties reach 4 to 6 metres at maturity and require a sheltered site in Ontario to perform well. Cold hardiness varies by cultivar, so selecting one bred for Canadian climates is important.
